Our Stockade panels beautifully balance privacy with openness. The lower section provides full coverage. Above, an open vertical slat section is constructed with full dimension 1"x2" cedar. It adds architectural interest while allowing wind circulation and the preservation of views beyond your yard. We typically build these with our signature Western Red Cedar dado and lath construction that you’ll find in our full CV Cedar Premium Solid panels, and a full-dimension 1"x2" frame that’s secured with galvanized nails throughout for lasting durability. In the 2nd image, our carpenters made an alternate panel construction using 8" Western Red Cedar Channel - boards that also fit tightly together for a clean, gap-free appearance.
